Product introduction

Ceramic fiber cloth is a flexible high-temperature insulation material woven from ceramic fiber yarn. It inherits the excellent properties of ceramic fibers, such as high-temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, while also possessing the flexibility, tensile strength, and workability of textiles. It is a key material in industrial thermal protection.

Non-melting and non-combustible at high temperatures.

Extremely low thermal conductivity, effectively blocking heat transfer, significantly reducing energy consumption, and improving the working environment.

Soft and pliable, making it easy to wrap around complex-shaped equipment, pipes, and valves.

Easy to cut and sew, allowing it to be fabricated into various forms of insulation sleeves, curtains, pads, etc.

High tensile strength due to reinforced yarn weaving, resistant to tearing and capable of withstanding mechanical impact and vibration.

Chemically inert to most substances (except strong acids, strong alkalis, and hydrofluoric acid), offering corrosion and oil resistance.

No harmful gas emissions when used within the correct temperature range.

Typical application

Used as furnace door curtains, expansion joint seals for furnace bodies, thermal insulation wraps for workpieces, and conveyor belt insulation liners.

Wrapped around high-temperature pipes, valves, flanges, and chimneys as the core material for removable insulation covers/sleeves.

Applied in engine compartment insulation, exhaust pipe wrapping, fire curtains, and test rig thermal protection.

Manufactured into fire curtains, emergency blankets, welding spark shields, and high-rise building fire seals.
